Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges of new, unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Holiday Returns: We are pleased to announce that we will be extending our return period during the holiday season.
Final sale items or any items that do not meet the above conditions are not eligible for return or exchange.
How it Works
Refunds: You can request a return and receive a refund to your original payment method within 15 days of receiving your order.
After initiating a return or exchange, you will receive a return label and packing slip via email. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your return after we receive it.
